This policy explains how Gulberg Bistro (Gulberg Bistro) handles the information you share with us when you order pickup or get in touch. We keep it plain, and we collect as little as we can.
Information we collect
We only collect what a request needs. Depending on what you do, that is:
- Pickup orders:your name, phone number, and email — to prepare your order and let you know when it’s ready.
- Contact, catering & private-dining enquiries: your name, a contact method, and your message — to answer you.
We do not ask for more than this, and we do not require you to create an account to order.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to fulfill the request you made — cooking and handing over your order or replying to your message. If you give us your phone number for a pickup order, we use it to text you a confirmation about that order only. We do not send marketing texts.
Cookies and tracking
Gulberg Bistrodoes not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web. Because we set no non-essential cookies, we don’t show a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before any such tracking loads.
How we share information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business — for example, the provider that sends your order-ready text or handles a payment — and only as far as they need it to do that job.
How long we keep it
We keep order records only as long as we need them for our records and to serve you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@gulbergbistro.com. We do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children’s privacy
Our site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
