Gulberg Bistro was founded on a simple conviction: the food of Lahore and Karachi is too good to stay in Pakistan. Our founders brought family recipes across the world into a kitchen on Route 27: the same slow-cooked gravies, the same coal-kissed tandoor, the same morning chai.

Every dish is a passport. The karahi your grandmother stirred all afternoon. The biryani that meant celebration. The naan that never sits on a shelf, baked to order, every time.

Abdullah trained under master cooks in Lahore before making Kendall Park his home. His philosophy is straightforward: halal, made-to-order, no pre-cooked shortcuts.

He grinds spice blends fresh each morning, marinates proteins overnight, and lets curries reach their full depth before a single plate leaves the pass. The result is food that tastes like it took all day, because it did.
